Gifts

As a Christmas elf, I’ve been busy gathering and making gifts to share with others this holiday season. Gifts, whether they be real or intangible, each one has meaning and expresses our humanity.

May you receive many gifts this holiday season of the heart and spirit.

It is possible to become discouraged about the injustice we see everywhere. But God did not promise us that the world would be humane and just. He gives us the gift of life and allows us to choose the way we will use our limited time on earth. It is an awesome opportunity.

    • Is that right? This looks really hard to me. I know that in South Carolina near Charleston, the descendents of the African slaves make these and trust me, they charge a pretty penny for them.

Dad was an Anthropologist and liked to record their everyday lives. Poetic as it was.
